Warranty Coverage Qonee provides a limited jewelry warranty covering manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials. What’s Covered Loose stones due to poor setting Broken clasps caused by faulty construction Metal defects or discoloration not related to wear Manufacturing flaws What’s Not Covered Scratches, dents, or discoloration from daily wear Damage caused by perfume, chemicals, or water Lost stones caused by impact Tarnish due to improper storage Altered, resized, or repaired items by unauthorized shops Warranty Process Eligible items may be repaired or replaced at Qonee’s discretion. Inspection is required.

Refund Note – Jewelry Refunds are allowed only after verifying the item is unused and returned with its original box, certificates, and tags. Items with signs of wear, scratches, or altered sizes may not be eligible. Approved refunds will be issued through your selected refund method.
