Users refers to anyone who registers for an account with us to use the Platform, including both buyers and sellers (individually and collectively, “Users”, “you” or “your”). 8.5 Sharing YouTube content via QONEE uses Google API Services, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

8.6 Users with access to others’ data must comply with Privacy Laws and delete or return data when requested.

8.7 Sellers must comply with Privacy Laws and may only use buyer data for transaction-related purposes.


9. INFORMATION ON CHILDREN

9.1 Services are not intended for children under 13. Accounts found under this age will be closed, and data deleted if submitted without parental consent.


10. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

10.1 QONEE may use services like Google Analytics to monitor Platform usage.

10.2 Third-party applications may request additional data, which are governed by their own policies.


11. THIRD-PARTY SITES

11.1 We are not responsible for security or privacy of third-party sites linked to our Platform.

11.2 Users access these sites at their own risk.


12. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION OVERSEAS

12.1 Personal data may be stored or processed outside the Philippines for the purposes described, in accordance with Privacy Laws.


13. WITHDRAWING CONSENT, ACCESS, OR CORRECTION

13.1 Withdrawal of Consent

  • Email QONEE DPO at dpo.ph@qonee.com to withdraw consent. Services may be limited as a result.

13.2 Access/Correction

  • Access or correct data via account settings or by emailing dpo.ph@qonee.com. A reasonable fee may apply. QONEE reserves the right to refuse corrections as allowed by law.
